Slots into battery, 2 power outputs, both very bright, really does light up a dark area but feels too concentrated to one spot, not a hue issue but seems odd considering it's a load of led's! Tried to show in a photo but hard to show, another camera phone shows a central blue dot but that's not how our eyes percieve it! Last three pics show off, medium, full brightUSB ports are a nice addition, how ever I can't get the usb port to output more than a couple of watts the usb A port outputs upto 10w steadily but the usb c port alternates between 0w/2w/4w can only assume the one I have is faulty, tried with a couple of devices that support PD and all the same, tested cables with other chargers all working, just not on this, so if your buying it to charge whilst you work I guess go for the usb a port unless the one I have is jsut a one off.Adjusts fine for me, wright of battery holds it steady, shame there is no hook but I have been using an s hook and just hanging it from the wire which is pretty thick going from the base to the lamp, I have a feeling it might not be good for it long term mind.

This light is VERY bright with a good spread. It is more of a floodlight that a spotlight, but that what makes for a good work light. It has a three-position rocker switch: high brightness, low brightness, and off.The light operates on Milwaukee 18v cordless tool batteries. If you have several 18v Milwaukee tools, like I do, a light like this can be very handy.As noted, the light is very bright. The 48 LEDs are enclosed in a matte black aluminum housing with cooling fins. The Amazon description claims that this light has a waterproof level of IP65 which apparently means water resistant. You should probably not immerse this light in water. Also, I am not sure that the water-resistant rating applies to the rest of the light, meaning the part that holds the battery, switch, and USB ports. There are two USB-A ports on the side of the light which can be used to charge a phone or other device.Now to the first flaw. The aluminum head of the light swivels forward and back through approximately 120 degrees to change the angle of the light. The light head is secured to the base with a bolt that goes through a bracket on the base. As supplied, the swiveling action was not smooth throughout its range of motion. It would fold forward and then flop all the way down. Also, it wouldn’t fold all the way back. Part of the problem was that the nut attached to the swivel bolt was a serrated lock nut, not really the correct piece of hardware for the job. Also, the sides of the head did not seem to move smoothly within the bracket. To correct this, I added a thin AN flat washer on each side of the head where it touched the bracket. I also replaced the serrated lock nut with a nylon insert lock nut. All of these I had on hand. The nylon lock nut allowed me to adjust the tension of the bolt just right to allow for smooth movement.Another problem that I have with this light is that it has is no handle and/or hook that would facilitate carrying or hanging it. I knew this when I ordered it, but I still miss this kind of feature. Minus one star for this shortcoming.I like this light and it is cheaper than the OEM Milwaukee version. It may work as supplied for most people without my modifications, but minus one more star for this.

So I have been using this light late at night while working on my truck after the kids go to bed and it is an absolute God send. It is amazingly bright, does not overheat and lasts a long time. its a good flood light, point it down into an engine bay and you can see everything. Would totally get more of these.
