Ich hatte 3 Leuchten bestellt. Lieferung und Installation problemlos.Sehr gute Funktionalität. Nach 5 Wochen fiel eine Leuchte komplett aus. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Händler und mir wurde Ersatz geliefert.So stelle ich mir Service vor !

Am Anfang war ich begeistert, schön helles Licht und einfach anzubringen. Jetzt kurz nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist , geht sie von alleine aus bzw geht gar nicht erst an.

I purchased this light, and when it arrived, the light did not work. It turned out that despite there being no damage on the packaging, the included florescent tube was broken inside the light housing. It appeared to have occurred during production. I contacted the seller, who promptly sent me 2 replacement florescent tubes. They arrived quickly, and both worked fine. While I had to wait a few extra days to complete my project, I was very pleased with the service from the seller, and the quality of the product once an issue (that did not appear to be the result of the seller) had been quickly resolved. I would definitely buy this product, and definitely from this seller, again.
