I love this ramp. My cats are more able to get to the litter without having to jump up.

Was surprised when this arrived and the ramp was not a 3D ramp with a full base, but a flat-plane with only two contact points/the front-lip to the ground. It rests loosely into the cat-box unit, sliding around easily when lightly pulled/pushed.Due to having no secured anchor points or stable base, it’s slightly unstable (tips on one side when weight is applied) and on first inspection, our cat decided to leap over the ramp to the top-step to enter the box…and then leapt over the ramp again when exiting….funny, but disappointing.Not worth the price - will likely send back.

Miss kitty was having trouble as she got older getting in box without accident while jumping up. Since getting this ramp for the robot, she easily can access the box without issue. Only reason for 4 vs 5 star is the ramp sits on the indent in the litter robot but doesn't securely attach or lock in place. Hasn't been an issue, yet but it is a small tweak that could be helpful.

The litter robot is amazing. I invent things for a hobby and that usually means many many revisions until i get it right. You can see that the people who designed these really put their heart and soul into it. I greatly reduced the amount of smell in the air. You will need house furnace filters or standing air cleaners to get rid of the smell you already had. You will have to watch the app to identify when they bin needs to be emptied. I love that it can work with any 13 gallon kitchen bag, so you can get the cheaps bags. I have to replaced it about every 4 days. Takes All of about 3 minutes. Even the lip of the device can collect litter when filling it but the very first time it cycles, that caught litter falls back in. I can see that there is a need to wash down the inside every few months. To do that you can use the empty function which will dump all the litter. They even planned for the caking of litter on the bottom that enviably happens. The very bottom has a rubber flexible mat and as it rotates and that mat flips upside down it sags which causes the caked on stuff to fall out and go into the bin. I had to switch to a clay litter to get it to clump fast enough. The thing just plain works. Smell is cut to nothing and and cleaning the box is no longer a chore.

Seem like a cheap material. They set up with the litter box easily. Came in an unmarked box instead of real packaging showing what the product was. Waiting to see how sturdy the stairs are over time. They don't appear to be made to stand up against constant use.
