I think this was overpriced for what you get. I covered more of my bike by buying a roll of the ISC racers tape. The film was decent but felt thin. There needs to be more pieces in the kit to make it worth it.

I have used Lizard Skins frame protector for years. In my experience, although expensive, I've found it to be easy to remove and it leaves absolutely no residue or marks on painted carbon frames, even after being in place on the frame for several years.It does the job of protecting the frame from nicks and scratches, and gives me the confidence that I can remove it later with no damage to the bike.
