When our dogs passed away recently we ordered a number of small urns for each of them, for their ashes - a metal "clearly an urn" one to bury in the backyard, a wooden heart one for the bedside table (because they slept in the bed with us of course), and this one to keep at my home office. Now, instead of looking at the guestbed where he used to nap, I can look at this pretty urn and it's a tiny little bit as if he's still keeping me company all day.The urn is very pretty, it really does look like a polished marble, and the screw on lid is secure. The felt at the bottom is a nice touch, too. It fits quite a bit of ashes, but I would probably need at least a dozen of these for all of his ashes (+- 20lbs dog). So it's definitely not large enough for everything, but it's very pretty to share the ashes if others wanted some.

I was really impressed with this urn. It's good quality and looks expensive but it's not. These look the same as the ones found in funeral homes which can run from $60, $100 and higher. Would definitely recommend this.

Ich habe einige Zeit nach einer geeigneten, kleinen Urne gesucht. Es wird in diesem Bereich sehr viel angeboten aber bei diesem Thema gibt es sehr viele unterschiedliche Präferenzen und zum anderen ist die Auswahl bei ganz kleinen Gefäßen bis zu 10cm nicht so extrem groß.Ich habe mich am Ende für diese Urne entschieden, die rund 7 cm groß ist. Für mich war das die perfekte Wahl, das Material ist für seine Größe durchaus schwer, sieht aus wie Marmor und das Gefäß selber ist laut Hersteller zudem handgefertigt.Im Lieferumfang inbegriffen ist außerdem auch noch ein kleiner Samtbeutel, für den aufgerufenen Preis finde ich das Produkt auf jeden Fall ausgesprochen wertig.Ich kann diese kleine Urnenvariante sehr empfehlen und vergebe daher 5 Sterne.
