I’ve been using Maui Jim sunglasses for years. Mostly ones with glass lenses. They are the only brand I trust to be of consistent quality for living and working in the sub-tropics.

These shades are stylish in a classic shape. With a slightly smaller lens size than what other brands make in this style, these actually fit my head in terms of face size (I have a small face). However, these sunglasses are heavy. The frames are thick and sturdy (that's actually good), and the earpieces are pretty long. For a petite adult with a small head, the earpieces stuck out a little too far past the back of my ears. I could deal with that, but the biggest problem was the weight. They gave me headaches. It's a shame, because out of several styles of Maui Jim shades, I had determined I liked the shape and style of the Hanohano the best. Had to return them though. Also, the price is pretty high.

I’m thrilled with my Maui Jim Hanohano Cat Eye Sunglasses. They are incredibly comfortable to wear for long periods and provide excellent protection from the sun. The polarized lenses make a huge difference in clarity, and the style is just perfect. I’ve received so many compliments on these sunglasses—they’re definitely worth the investment!

I have a small face so I’m always looking for that perfect pair of sunglasses that look stylishly “oversized” but not to big for my face and head. These are perfect!
