Bought this based on the review by Project Farm, which does the most complete, precise, scientifically accurate reviews on YouTube. The Megapro came in third place out of fourteen tested, just behind PB Swiss and LTT, and at a much better price. Extremely smooth ratcheting mechanism with very little back drag, and a strong lock up. You can just feel the quality in this thing. It also comes with an excellent assortment of bits conveniently stored in the handle. The bit carousel is held very securely in the handle but pulls out easily and rotates smoothly. I already own several ratchets, including a ratcheting screwdriver and a couple of t-handle ratchets, and every 1/4” hex bit you can think of, but I wanted a convenient, all-in-one grab and go option, and the Megapro checks the most boxes out of all those I was considering. I prefer magnetic bits to ball detent, and the bit storage system as well as the bit selection is superior to every other comparable driver. I would have liked a few hex (Allen) bits as part of the selection, but the fact that they use standard 1” bits means you can mix and match with other bits that you own and are more likely to need. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be if they used double sided bits like the Wiha 26-in-1 Ultra Driver, which I also own. I suppose if Wiha made a ratcheting 26-in-1, I would have bought that for the sake of convenience and more “on board” options, but in my opinion the Megapro is currently the best most complete package available. Also, there is no indicator on the handle to tell you if you are set on clockwise, counterclockwise, or lock. Not a big deal at all, but it would be nice to know when you grab the tool without having to twist it to find out. So I made my own indicator by poking a small hole in the plastic with an awl.

- Great value- Good quality- 28-tooth ratcheting mechanism is fantastic- 6 double-sided bits are goodThis screwdriver is great, not super expensive. Bit storage works great, opens and closes easily. The bits seem good quality, with a retention ball on each to properly secure the bit in the screwdriver. The ratcheting mechanism is great, with 28 teeth it allows for precision and efficiency.The only problem is the coating on the bit started to wear off after a few hours of continuous use. The photos show the bit used (right) compared to a bit I have not used (left). This has had no effect on the actual use or efficiency of the bit, but it is worth noting.

The reviews here are wrong. Don't know where Amazon pulls these from, or from which product - maybe they think that all screwdrivers are the same?There is no magnetic bit holder. They are held by ball-bearing/spring arrangement. Other than that, the screwdriver is high quality. Recommended.

This is a really impressive screwdriver. The quality of finish is 2nd to none & the functionality is superb. I would definitely recommend this screwdriver to anyone who wants a really exceptional tool that will last many years.

Gut funktionierende Ratsche, viele verschiedene Bit Varianten. Im Mix sind auch sogenannte Robertson (Vierkant) Antriebe, die in Kanada wohl häufig sind, hier aber nicht- man könnte diese ideal durch Pozidrive Kreuzschlitz ersetzen. Exact die sind von megapro aber schlecht zu bekommen. Kleiner Dämpfer aber nichts was einen Stern weniger rechtfertigen würde.
