I've been using this with a set of Blazar Remus Anamorphic lenses. I just leave the ND in the mount at all times. The ND filter that comes with it is surprisingly great quality and feels just like using internal ND's. It really opens up a whole world of possibilities using PL lenses where I would normally need an expensive set of matte box filters or screw on ND's. So I'm really loving it. I should also mention that it's very solid and made of tough metal. I really appreciate how the LP lock feels very strong and solid.One tiny issue is that it comes with a 'place holder' filter that just has a piece of clear glass in it. I really wish it just came with an empty filter so you can mount PL lenses with protruding rear elements that would normally run into (and break) the glass. You might think, "What not just leave the out the filter?" However then there is a big hole on the side where the filter slides in that lets in light. I suppose I can just cover it with some camera tape but it's just not ideal. I may try to remove the clear glass so, we'll see. At any rate, this has noting to do with the effectiveness of the product and should just be seen as something they can improve on in the future.Over all though I would definitely recommend this to others.

Acheté pour compléter le rig autour d'un kit d'optiques Blazar Remus, l'adaptateur est solidement construit et bien ajusté sur la monture PL.Les filtres sont compatibles avec le standard Canon, du coup ils se complètent bien avec l'offre du marché chez certains constructeurs.Il faut savoir que l'adaptateur ne fonctionne pas sans filtre avec des optiques PL plus profondes. Ils complète bien mon kit autour du A7SIII, et permet une utilisation plus rapide d'objectifs sans avoir à utiliser une mattebox.

The ND wide open seems like it could stay in place most of the time, so the clear filter is not as useful. Maybe an IR cut in its place would be nice. The filter case is very cool in that you can stack them together into one unit. The filters themselves are well marked so you know exactly what you're grabbing.The filters drop into the body of the adapter very well and very secure/solid. The VND is wonderful, especially getting it behind the lens, and is very easy to operate. The back cap is plastic. The cap on the PL side is milled aluminum. The PL bayonet on the adapter is smooth as butter and has excellent dampening.Nice adapter.
