Das Modell war ein Geschenk für meine Schwester. Star Wars Fan und Metallbranche als Beruf sind 2 ihrer Eigenschaften. Als das Modell ankam, war ich bereits maximal irritiert. Es passte in einen Standard Briefumschlag. Der Gesichtsausdruck der Beschenkten sprach die selbe Sprache. Zwei Fragen standen zwischen uns. Was soll das sein und wer braucht sowas?Vielleicht liegt es nur an mir, dass meine Erwartungshaltung eine völlig andere war ,aber ich kann es nicht beschreiben, was da geliefert wurde.

Es war mein wichtelgeschenk zu Weihnachten. Ist auf jedenfall nichts für zapplige fingern;) macht sehr Spaß, kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man gerne bastelt!

Man braucht schon etwas Geschick um die Figur zusammen zu bauen. Aber wenn man fertig ist, dann sind die Modellbausätze der Hammer.

Das Modell zu bauen hat echt Spaß gemacht. Die Beine waren etwas schwierig zu montieren, hat aber alles gut gepasst. Mein Tipp: Ein Gewicht in den Ständer kleben, dann steht das Modell besser. Ich habe die Figur auf vintage getrimmt. Sie ist sonst natürlich golden.

This C-3PO was my 4th Metal Earth kit. And definitively not the easiest one. First of all, the material is different than the regular steel used for the majority of Metal Earth kits (at least the oldest ones), and seems to be more fragile and prone to breaking in case it is bended / unbended, even once.Then, some parts are quite difficult to assemble. I had the most difficulties with the legs, while binding the upper legs to the knees. Also, one bust pay attentions to details, and make sure each piece is in the correct position / bended in the right way. Do not hesitate to go check for videos on the net (for instance Animateorange), always useful before staring your own construction. And do not hesitate to invest some money on the right tools: long nose pliers, tweezers, …But if you can manage this, and your model is at least stable without having to cheat with super glue or else, it looks very good, especially next to his best friend R2D2 (this was my first Metal Earth build).

Muy buen rompecabezas, súper divertido y con dos opciones de armado. Super recomendable si te gustan estos modelos o eres fan de Star Wars.

These sets are great for keeping any Star Wars fan quiet for a while. They’re incredibly delicate and fiddly, so take some delicate handling at times and I’ve never seen my husband use tiny tweezers in his gorilla paws before. Just be careful if buying for younger ones as some of the metal edges can be quite sharp.

Bello bello bello... a differenza di altri modellini questo richiede una certa manualità, per dare la rotondità ai pezzi ho usato pennelli di varie misure. La grandezza del modellino una volta completato da molta soddisfazione dal momento che si sviluppa in altezza, altri modellini invece una volta costruiti, anche se ricchi di particolari, erano molto piccoli.
