This is a somewhat handy printer. It came with a few rolls of various paper and stickers. The software is pretty unpolished and cheap looking - makes the product look more like a toy than a serious printer.I ordered it to create labels on clear adhesive. This is difficult to find for these thermal printers - the closest is "transparent" which is a cloudy film that is more translucent than transparent. I had to order this separately, but it appears to be working okay. I will see if I can find other uses for this printer.

This is a cute little label maker -- so convenient and portable. I love the idea, but the execution was off for me. You have to download an app to use it. The free version of the app doesn't give a lot of options for printing and I found it hard to use. I would rather hand write labels than go to all the trouble of using the app.

Firstly, there is something important missing from the description of this item that people may need to know. That is that it is rechargeable. It plugs into a USB-C charger cord. Hopefully this is helpful to others. I searched and searched to figure out if I needed batteries or what but couldn't find it anywhere. All I could find was that it plugged into a USB-C cord but still didn't know if it had to be plugged in to use or was rechargeable.Next, in case others are a confused as I was, it will flash green until it is charged when it turns solid green.Now for my review of this printer. There are pluses and minuses to this label/sticker maker.Likes:-I like that you can use different size labels. This is very useful.-I like that the app gives you cute artwork to add you your label or sticker.- Even though it prints in black and white I think I'm going to make cute stickers for my nieces and nephews to color when they visit so I tried coloring a few myself since not everything works on thermal paper. Here is what worked for me:-Acrylic paint pens (needs time to dry)-Scented markers (I used Mr. Sketch markers I've had for probably 10 years and never used) - these took the longest time to dry- Crayons - no drying time(You can see the results in the pics I attached)I don't like following things about the printer:- The label stickers are a little finicky. You have to get things aligned just right in the machine or it won't print right. It would be nice if the labels had a line or something printed on the backing so you know when it's in the right spot. I guess that only works if the printer manufacturer also makes the sticker paper but still, it wastes a few getting it assigned right.-I also dislike that you have to drag the text box to center it on the label. I wish you could align it automatically to the center of the sticker if that's where you want it.-I figured out after I ordered this that the print on thermal paper will fade over time. I had originally thought I would use it to label the film negatives I've been organizing in protectors. Since it won't last forever I won't use it for that after all. That's OK as I can think of other things that need labels but it should be noted somewhere for those that might think it'll last forever.Basically I marked it at 4 stars because of the alignment issue for the label stickers and problem with the thermal paper fading over time.

The app it tells you to connect to did not work. We played around with different apps and the one picture is the one that worked. Found it on accident. Other than that, it works great. Cute printer. Hope this helps if you're having a hard time connecting.
