Was thrilled when this came in the mail! Hands down the prettiest feeder I've seen.Pros:-wood looks to be plain and untreated, so no chemicals-such a pretty look!-included: fruit skewer as an unexpected bonus-no damaged parts-sturdy cable for hangingCons:-the hole in the front (where skewer goes) is big enough that small birds can enter the feeder (trust me chickadees WILL be brave enough to try). You might end up dealing with a trapped bird inside it-if you'd rather attach the feeder to a rail instead, you can't remove the cable on top, so it's just sticking out the top where birds might fly into it.-the wood needs sanding. It's easy to get splinters. And it just kind of shows a lack of attention to detail and qualityOverall, it's beautiful and was a great idea. But those actually building it lack attention to detail and an eye for quality. They would benefit greatly from thinking about practical use and what that entails.

I haven't had the chance to hang this bird feeder outside yet due to a snowstorm, but so far, I'm impressed with its design and build quality. The wooden construction feels sturdy and durable, and I appreciate that it’s specifically made to attach easily to railings or balconies. It seems like it will be great for attracting a variety of wild birds once the weather clears up. The size is perfect for holding a decent amount of seed, and the overall look is charming, fitting well with outdoor spaces. Looking forward to seeing how it performs once I can finally hang it up!

I was a bit confused where all the parts go, but once that confusion was over it was installed on our pool fence. Some of our fence is hollow on the bottom so that was an issue. I did finally find a spot the bracket would fit securely. Birds and squirrels like it and our kitties have hours of entertainment.

This bird house is sturdy and looks beautiful in the backyard. This would also make a great gift for your bird-loving friends!

This product is great! Weird- but I actually have been pricing out birdhouses for a while. They are really expensive and most are plastic and junky. This one is affordable and really aesthetic and cute! Easy to set up too. Our blue jay loves it!
