I initially ordered 1 of these and it seemed to work so well I ordered 2 more. They are great as the flame gets high enough to create some warmth. I ordered a 6 pack of the 91% rubbing alcohol as the lower % stuff I had in the medicine cabinet didn't last very long. The 91% works pretty good (longer than the other) but if you are going to be using them for a long night on your patio, make sure you are ready to refill. Overall, I would still recommend these for an inexpensive option for your patio.

My grandson 22 yo has friends over in the evening on the lanai every night and it is alway fireing away. Enjoy the extra heat and the look. Easy to use with 70% isopropyl alcohol. What a nice for light, warmth, and ambiance.

This product enhances our camping when there are burn bans and we can only light liquid fuel-based fires. I spent alot of time researching the quality of these things and scared myself from the stories of the concrete based ones exploding on people. This one is CERAMIC and takes ethanol or isopropyl alcohol. We use it with 70% isopropyl.The package is small enough to stuff into one of our camping bins and it is cute enough that it creates an aesthetically pleasing and cozy environment for our campsite. It is easy to use, just set it up and fill it with alcohol. We fill it about half full of alcohol and the light from the fire lasts us about 30 mins. The fire is warm enough to roast marshmallows so you can make smores.Please pay attention to the instructions such as DO NOT add more alcohol when it is lit. Snuff out the flames before adding more alcohol. The flames will go out before all the liquid is gone so you will have to clean up the little bit of remaining liquid after using it. I'm glad I found this one in the sea of concrete tabletop mini firepits. Its quality will last us a long time.
