This belt is so sturdy and is made of real leather. It is heavy and durable! I'm so impressed with the belt I got for the price. The only issue (not really an issue) is that I ordered a size small based on the size chart. I'm 5'5" 125 pounds (female). The belt is on the loosest notch so I hope I don't get any thicker in the midsection or I won't be able to wear the belt. Definitely size up because the notches will secure you on a tighter hole! I should've gotten a medium. Honestly, I don't think anyone should order a small. Anyway, I'm excited to use the belt!

Cogí una M y soy bastante estrecha de cintura. No soy una experta ni profesional en halterofilia ni powerlifting, pero para el uso que le doy es perfecto, suficientemente acolchado en la espalda, la anchura delantera es la justa para poder bajar en sentadilla y que no moleste o hacer peso muerto. Para crossfit (con alto volumen de repeticiones y peso) me va perfecto.
