Nordic Ware
Die Küchengeschirrfirma Nordic Ware wurde 1946 von einer entschlossenen Frau, Dotty, und ihrem findigen Ehemann Dave, mit nur 500 US-Dollar in der Tasche, ein paar guten Ideen und dem Wunsch eines eigenen Unternehmen, aus dem Keller ihres Hauses in Minneapolis, Minnesota gegründet.
Mit einem guten Maß an Ausdauer, stellt Nordic Ware 70 Jahre später immer noch stolz die überwiegende Mehrheit seiner Produkte in Minneapolis her. Zu diesen originalen skandinavischen Produkten gehören Hunderte weiterer Artikel im Produktangebot von Nordic Ware, von Back- und Kochgeschirr über Mikrowellenprodukte bis hin zu Grillzubehör. Jedes Jahr wird Nordic Ware seine reichliche Produktlinie um innovative Küchenartikel erweitern.

Hadn't ever made a bundle cake before so I was worried about cake sticking or imperfections. This pan produced a beautifully perfect and moist bundle. Size was perfect and it's great quality that looks and feels extremely durable.

As with the other Nordic Ware Bundt pans I have purchased for myself and as gifts, this Pro Cast Original Bundt Pan, 12 Cups, in Bronze does not disappoint. It is a heavy, solid baking pan that cooks perfectly. The pattern projects onto cake well. This traditional pattern in particular, lends itself to many recipes as well as cake, including breads, monkey breads, savory pasta cakes and even Jello/set mousses. Before baking, I would recommend thoroughly greasing and flouring Nordic Ware bundts using very-soft butter and flour (or cocoa), and not oil spray, for prolonged baking life. Quality bakeware. Would recommend Nordic Ware Bundts.

A great addition to every baker's utensils. I have many bundt tins of different shapes. Each mould produces top class shapes , but must be prepared carefully (I use a baking spray) prior to adding the cake mixture for baking. These moulds give decorative results ranging from a basic mould for good home cooking to show stopping celebration cakes. I use this particular shape a lot for fruit cakes eg: an apple pound cake , as it cooks evenly and does not require fine detail. There are some great bundt cake recipe books, which I ordered through Amazon , that have produced lovely results . I really enjoy baking with these tins and are well worth the price.

Con toda la calidad de los Nordic Ware pero sin ser tan caro, que son los mejores moldes que he conocidos, y ya tengo varios y todos han sido mas que excelentes, son mis preferidos
