WENDSEITEN
Der NutriChef Herdgrill verfügt über praktische Wendeseiten. Die glatte Seite eignet sich hervorragend für gegrillte Käse-Sandwiches, Eier und Pfannkuchen. Die gerippte Seite ist perfekt zum Grillen von Lebensmitteln wie Steak, Fisch, Hähnchen und Hamburgern.
HITZEBESTÄNDIG BIS 250°C (480°F)
Die gusseiserne flache Pfanne ist hitzebeständig bei hohen Temperaturen bis zu 250°C (480°F). Sie bietet eine extra breite Pfannengröße für große Mahlzeiten, die Größe der BBQ-Grillplatte misst 45,7 cm L x 25,4 cm B x 1,5 cm H. Sie enthält einen hitzebeständigen Silikonofenhandschuh.
GUSSEISERNES METALL
Der Wendegitter- und Grillrost besteht aus gusseisernem Metall mit einer Antihaftoberfläche, die eine schnelle und mühelose Lebensmittelentfernung gewährleistet und den Einsatz von Butter, Öl oder Kochspray überflüssig macht. Es sorgt dafür, dass hausgemachtes Grillgut leicht herausgleitet.

Schicke Grillplatte in einer robusten und schweren Ausführung.Wird ordentlich und schön gleichmäßig heiß.Mit dem Muster ideal für Steaks, Würstchen und Co.Mit dazu gibt's auch noch ein Reinigungsplättchen das genau für die Rillen angepasst ist.Bisher absolut zufrieden.

Just received the grill plate and it looks excellent. It's a bit rough, so a bit scary to put on my glass induction stove, but just have to handle it with care. Tried heating it up a bit and it heats up well, so all great. It comes with care instructions, which is excellent, especially for those who do not have a lot of experience with cast iron pans (like me). It also came with a card to encourage feedback and on the back it says to register on the website for 3 months extra warranty beyond the one year and a free gift (exclusions may apply). So I scan the QR: Page Not Found. I visit the website manually and click on Register "Page Not Found". Guess I'm excluded?

to say the least, this reverse grill should be loved by everyone! i swear i can't cook burgers, steaks, or chicken without using this magnificent grill. you can make three big smash burgers at the same time, 4 steaks, and 5 chicken breasts. this thing makes me excited to cook, easily my favorite kitchen tool and essential to my happiness in the kitchen.

Leider funktioniert die Platte nicht wie angegeben auf Induktion, die Rücksendung nach USA wird auch nicht komplett bezahlt.Ich bin leider das erste mal sehr enttäuscht von Amazon

We have lots of cast iron from several companies but I had never heard of Nutrichef before. (Was going to go with another brand that starts with "L"; (no not the word that means "big hunting cabin" but rather "hero of folklore" :)] Turns our that latter company and Nutrichef use the EXACT same images to promote what looks to be the exact same griddle. I'm not sure if either of them are the manufacturer or if both are rebranding this item....nonetheless, for the couple $$ savings I opted to take a chance and go with Nutrichef since they looked to be identical. Item arrived safe and sound and well packaged. It immediately went to the workshop where with multiple pads of 40 grit sandpaper on the random orbit sander and lots of elbow grease, I knocked off most of the pebbly texture on the flat side of the griddle. I used a couple finer grits to remove strike marks and was left with a greatly improved, albeit bare metal, surface. So it went into the oven at 350 for a few rounds of coconut oil seasoning and then another one or two at 400. Tested this puppy out 4 or 5 times already in the last 2 weeks all on an flat top electric range. After a learning curve on getting the elements at the right temp this thing worked like a charm!! So great for bacon, pancakes and grilled cheese. I have only used the flat side...and really hardly see using the other side, but could not be more pleased with this thing. It is a beast but if anything, if I had any complaint, it would be that it could be perhaps another 2" wider so one could make 6 decent sized pancakes at a time. That, however, would add considerable heft and probably retract from any advantage gained by the extra surface area... so, all in all as this is it is one great addition to my cast iron fetish and will certainly get lots of use!!
