My husband scoffed at me for buying these. He thought they'd be pretty useless. Once they were delivered and I took them out of the package he suddenly became interested.On a recent camping trip he used them for everything from tying down the tent, hanging a sun awning, and locking up our bikes. (As far as using them for as a theft deterrent, they are only good for keeping honest people honest. A determined crook will get through these in seconds.)I love that they pack up so small.

eigentlich zum Sichern eines Sattels gegen Gelegenheitsdiebe gedacht, aber der Draht ist so dermaßen dünn, dass er sich vermutlich mit jeder, aber auch wirklich jeder Zange durchknipsen lassen würde

Un fino cable protegido por funda plastica, tras estirarse vuelve a comprimirse a su forma original. La cobertura de los remaches de las gazas es algo pobre; mejor sería hecha con funda termo-retractil.

Seem well made and used to lock luggage pieces together. Makes it less convenient for non professional thief to just walk off with one piece.
