El producto llegó muy bien protegido. Los materiales se notan muy resistentes y de buena calidad. Su instructivo explica muy bien el modo de armarlo, de manipularlo y las precauciones que se deben tener para evitar algún tipo de daño.Incluye las herramientas necesarias para su armado y ajustes.Tiene muy buen diseño.Sin duda, una de las mejores opciones. Estoy muy satisfecho con mi compra. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Solid build, enough to hold a wide screen. The monitor is secure to the mounting plate and swivels. Cable management is nice and the desk clamp is solid.

Ne pouvant percer les murs de mon appartement en location, j'ai opté pour ce support que j'ai fixé sur un meuble TV. Ma problématique était de pouvoir la tourner suivant mon point de vue (fauteuil ou table de salle à manger avec un canapé assez haut entre les deux) et en plus dans un angle !J'ai trouvé le produit parfait avec ce support. Un petit défaut : l'horizontalité se dérègle un peu quand on le tourne. Le prix est assez élevé mais la qualité est là ! Il sera rentabilisé même si j'achète une TV plus grande.Le ++++ : seul support trouvé pour VESA 200x200 !

I want this monitor stand to work so badly, but I just can't figure it out. The one I received does not easily move like the one in the video. I think the bolts at the joints need to be loosened, but they are in so tight I stripped the bolt when I tried loosening it.The assembly instructions are also somewhat vague and confusing. The first step says "Loosen the screw till the mounting space beyond the thickness of the desktop. Do not fully loosen screw." and then shows an image of the screw being fully loosened, removed, and replaced with another (longer) screw and a grommet. I think the longer screw and grommet are meant to accommodate different desk thicknesses? IDK, it's not my problem to solve anymore. I'm packing this thing up and returning it.All that said, I couldn't justify a 1-star review. The equipment is heavy duty and I'm confident that it would work great if I could just figure out how to install it. I wish the demonstration video went more in depth about the assembly process so I could see what mistakes I'm making.
