Die Matte ist eine gute Unterlage für meinen Schreibtischstuhl und schützt meinen Laminatboden so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Die Matte lässt sich leicht verlegen und haftet gut auf dem Laminat, sodass sie nicht verrutscht, wenn ich meinen Schreibtischstuhl bewege (selbst dann nicht, wenn ich darauf sitze). Die Matte sieht gut aus und erfüllt für mich ihren Zweck - optisch sagt sie mir mehr zu, als ein transparenter Bodenschutz aus Plastik.

Ich habe mir die Matte gekauft, da mir die Plastikunterlage von IKEA immer zu laut beim Rollen war und sie leicht verrutscht ist (musste eine Anti-Rutsch-Unterlage drunterlegen). Die Plastikunterlagen werden auch schnell unschön, weil Flusen ins Plastik "eingearbeitet" werden.Auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten habe ich mir nun die Placoot Bodenschutzmatte bestellt. Sie macht beim Auspacken einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, die Folie lässt sich leicht entfernen und die Matte hält auf dem Laminatboden sofort (klebt aber nicht, sodass man sie auch nochmal korrigieren kann - ähnlich wie z.B. Handyfolien). Bei mir haben sich nicht mal die Ecken gebogen, obwohl die Matte aufgerollt geliefert wurde. Spricht für eine gute Qualität. Über die Langlebigkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber für den günstigen Preis kann man auch alle paar Jahre mal eine neue bestellen. Dazu sieht die Matte auch sehr schön aus, gerade wenn man z.B. ein graues Sofa, ein graues Bett o.ä. im Zimmer hat. Und die Matte ist gerade jetzt im Winter auch Fußwarm, mehr als diese Plastikmatten.Daher 5/5 Sterne!

Rezension für die Schreibtischstuhl-Unterlage (dunkelgrau)Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterlage für meinen Schreibtischstuhl! Die dunkelgraue Farbe passt perfekt in mein Büro und wirkt modern und unauffällig. Besonders überzeugt hat mich, wie gut die Matte auf dem Boden haftet: Sie bleibt zuverlässig an Ort und Stelle, ohne sich unter dem Stuhl zu verschieben. Gleichzeitig lässt sie sich aber problemlos neu positionieren, da die Unterseite mit einem rutschfesten Material versehen ist – eine ideale Lösung!Die Qualität wirkt hochwertig, und die Unterlage schützt den Boden effektiv vor Kratzern und Abnutzung durch die Stuhlrollen. Klare Empfehlung!

Easy to vacuum and spot clean. Chair wheels roll smoothly over the surface.Downside if you have cats, it does collect cat fur quickly. If you don't have cats and find it collecting cat fur, please call a local priest or break out some sage. You have a ghost.

Die Matte erfüllt seinen Zweck zum Schutz unseres Holzbodens perfekt. Sie wirkt sehr hochwertig, hat eine schöne Farbe und ließ sich sehr einfach ausrollen. Man muss der Matte 1-2 Tage Zeit geben bis sie vollständig glatt - auch an den Ränder - auf dem Boden liegt. Klare Empfehlung! 👍🏻

The chair mat appears to be made of good quality material. I have been using it for over 3 weeks and it seems to be holding well. However there is one flaw, in that the mat keeps sliding out of place as can be seen from the picture.Packaging: The mat was rolled up and packaged well within a cardboard box. The package wasn't too big to handle and easy to move around. It kept the mat safe inside it and there was also a plastic cover over the mat to keep it safe in case the outside cardboard would get damaged due to rain.Install: The mat rolled out pretty easily and was almost flat when it fully came out. I cleaned the surface pretty well before install and then installed the mat per provided instructions. The plastic peeled off easily and the mat fell in place. I used a hot iron to flatten the mat in place, but the mat was almost flat before I used the iron.Durability: The mat appears to be of good quality and seems to be holding well. But the dissatisfactory thing about this is that the rear mat on which I roll my chair over is shifting and not staying in its intended place, flush to the front mat. If the mat did not move I would've given it a full 5-star.

I have purchased four variants of this product in the past. Some of them were chair mats in rolls, some of them were chair mats folded into rectangles (and I have gotten either version from the same seller, so read the product descriptions carefully to check which version it is). This may sound like just a matter of packaging, but trust me, it is absolutely not. The rolls go on your floor nice and flat, and maintains a smooth surface as you use your chair on top of it. The mat stays attached to the floor, does not come up at the edges or anything, does not wrinkle or bunch up. The folded version, on the other hand, come with really bad creases. No matter how hard you try to stretch them out and put them down flat on the floor, the creases are bad enough that some parts of the mat will stubbornly refuse to stick flat on the ground. That means that as your chair rolls over it, the extra fabric will bunch up at some point, and then the creases get even worse! To avoid it, you have to wait for the mat to stretch out part of the way, taking care not to roll your chair over the creases too much, take the mat off the floor and attach it down again while stretching it out a bit more, and repeat this process over and over until the creases gradually come out over several weeks. You can perhaps speed up the process by using an iron, but nobody has an iron in their offices. Maybe we can bring one from home, but seriously, nobody has time to put in so much cumbersome work just to use a $20 chair mat. The bottom line is, buy only the versions that come in rolls. If the product description for the particular variant you are purchasing does not specifically say it is in rolls, assume that it's the inferior version that is folded up into rectangles. I give 5 stars to the roll version, and maybe 2 stars at best to the folded up version.

..ist Anfangs wirklich schwer auf dem Boden zu bekommen, da es aufgerollt ist.Nach ca. 1 Woche mit Büchern beschwert ist die Matte nun flach.Allerdings verrutscht sie ständig, trotz Klebestreifen zum fixieren.Es ist insgesamt okay. Aber gibt wohl besseres.

This is perfect for the hardwood floors where I needed it. It's thin, so no worries about catching the wheels of my rolling chair, but still protects the floor. It arrived rolled up, not folded, so I didn't need to worry about steaming out the wrinkle as the instructions said I might need to do. I only peeled the backing a small way to feel the underside, which is sort of tacky or gummy, but not sticky like a lable....I didn't peel it all the way off yet because I haven't decided where the best placement for my desk/chair is going to be and still trying a few spots, but eventually I will. Even with the backing still on so it's not sticking to the floor, it still stays perfectly in place, and I get up and down a lot during the day so it's getting a lot of chair movement.I didn't expect to be impressed, but I really am, and the price was very reasonable, as good if not better than the hard plastic mats I could get at an office supply store (and with those the plastic tends to harden and crack over time, this one is flexible and I doubt I'll have any trouble with it). I don't normally hand out 5 stars unless a product really warrants it, but I can't find any reason to not give this 5-stars, maybe over time I'll change my mind and if I do I'll update this, but for now I'm genuinely pleased.

Die Unterlage macht einen Hochwertigen Eindruck und sieht verglichen mit anderen Produkten besser verarbeitet aus. Man hat auch keine Knitterfalten oder ähnliches, da die Matte an einer Seite eingeritzt ist die ein knitterfreies zusammenfalten ermöglichen. Die Matte hat eine ausreichende Dicke die auch schwereren Stühlen das Problemlose Rollen ermöglicht. (Wie das ganze nach einiger Zeit aussieht kann ich noch nicht beurteilen aber auf den ersten Eindruck wirkt dieses Produkt alles in allem sehr wertig.) Ein Pluspunkt sind die mitgelieferten Doppelseitigen Klebetreifen, um die Matte am verrutschen zu hindern.4 Sterne von mir.
