I have the power blocks 5-90 fits great and the holes are for the extra weights in the bar of your power blocks. Very stable and durable. They give you grip pads for the bottom of your power blocks . Easy to assemble you just have to fold it out and put the grip sticky’s on after

Ho acquistato questo supporto per i powerblocks per una maggiore praticità di uso dei manubri. Il supporto è molto pratico perchè in caso di non utilizzo si ripiega e può essere conservato in poco spazio. Non sottovalutate l'importanza di un corretto posizionamento dei powerblocks nel sollevarli, per salvguardale la schiena. Parola di dottore.

Portable and no setup time at all. Makes a huge difference not having to bend down to the floor after each lift to change weight selection. Worth every penny

Tenía mis dudas de la calidad del soporte, pero es increíble, luce muy bien, es portátil y parece que resiste sin problema el peso (tengo el juego completo), muy recomendado para evitar que se maltraten en el piso los powerblocks.
