Perfect for people short on space or short on legs. That's me both. No assembly required. Just unpack and unfold the legs. The legs open and collapse very easily. The vinyl cover and stitching on the pad is top quality. The powder coating on the frame is beautifully done. It's a bit expensive yes but you get what you paid for. Not for big or tall or heavy people.

After 12 workouts: Im a hefty dude at 315 and this bench holds solid (minimal wobble and no bend) for triceps dips, dumbell work (2 x 60lbs) and step-ups (2 x 40 lbs) The fold-down is simple, just 2 pins and it legit slides under my bed. Great padding and comfort. Came fully assembled and was delivered very fast. Excellent product and vendor. If you are broad in shoulders/back you might find it a bit narrow for comfort. While not an ideal replacement for the gym, this little bench is definitely recommended for small space home workouts.

Auf der Suche nach einer "home-gym" Bank in Coronazeiten hatte ich mich für diese Größe entschieden. Eine gute und stabile und handliche Bank , Klappmechanismus etwas fummelig die Bohrung mit dem Sicherungsstift zu treffen. Aber warum hat nur eine Seite der Füsse eine Antirutsch Ausstattung??? Beim aufstellen auf textilem Fußboden und Nutzung quer zur Bank rutscht eine Seite weg oder muß mit einer Gummiunterlage oder Antirutschmatte daran gehindert werden, daher der Abzug.

Funciona muy bien, puedes hacer rutinas básicas con barras o mancuernas y se siente resistente. Ademas se ve de calidad y se puede doblar y guardarse.

I have been using the 50lb adjustable dumbbells (which are terrific once you get past the fact that they kind of look like toasters) and had been eyeing this portable bench for quite some time. When the price dropped by about $30 or so I took the plunge.For what it is, it's a solid bench especially for someone like me with limited space at home. It works great as a standard bench, although if you want to use it for incline bench press I recommend placing a standard-sized cinder block under the legs by your head so the widest side of the cinder block is on the ground. This gives an angle closer to that in a gym while keeping the bench stable.For reference, I am 6'2" and about 175lbs.Pros:Very stableRelatively lightweightComfortable paddingEasy to fold up and store when not in useCons:Very disappointed when I turned the bench over to see a Made In China sticker. I'm not necessarily against buying items made in China (hello, smartphone), but as the dumbbells are stamped "Made in USA", I expected to see the same on the bench. Alas, it wasn't so.I am curious to see how this holds up across several months of regular use, so will update my review in a few.
