Bought the project debut evo 2 in January as an upgrade for my rpm1 easy to set up and used it as supplied for the first couple of weeks. The sound was amazing and definitely offers great value, I then swapped the stylus for the 2m blue from my rpm1 and that raised the level even more my second step was to replace the mat with an acrylic slip mat as I liked the weight of the platter and had one I used on my rpm 1 it's alot cheaper than buying the acrylic platter and gives a noticeable improvement in sound, so I was interested to see what else could be done this sub platter seemed a logical choice when it arrived it looked well made and designed for purpose easy to swap over and fits smoothly, the proof is in the performance and on this it's a no trainer sound is sharper more definition the already quiet motor is now silent and the detail is more noticeable would definitely recommend as a worthwhile upgrade

Das Produkt habe ich gegen einen Kunsstoff Sub Teller ausgetauscht. Somit ist mein Plattenspiler nun perfekt in der Laufruhe und Gleichlauf.

Although not a spectacular difference, the improvement of the solidity of sound-stage and percussive detail was marked. Details in the music seemed more easily retrieved, with improved timing and less confusion when the music got busy

Wie hier schon öfter beschrieben, bringt der Subteller mehr Ruhe ins Spiel. Das fiel mir zunächst als erstes zwischen einzelnen Titeln auf. Wo ich sonst deutlich das Abtastgeräusch der Nadel vernehmen konnte, ist nun Ruhe eingekehrt. Das wirkt sich dann natürlich positiv auf das gesamte Klangbild aus.Von mir eine klare Empfehlung. Schön wäre es wenn ein Fläschchen Öl mitgeliefert würde, so dass man nicht versehentlich doch zum falsches greift.

Dieses mechanische Upgrade macht wirklich Freude - gut verpackt kommt der CNC-Traum im audiophilen Haushalt an. Für die Montage bietet es sich an, die Gelegenheit zu nutzen, die Antriebsscheibe mit Q-Tip und Alkohol zu reinigen und zwei Tropfen Nähmaschinenöl in die Bohrung der Spindel zu geben.Die Spindel oder Achse des Sub-Tellers ist extrem passgenau - sie gleitet förmlich saugend in die Bohrung hinein, da ist kein Mü Spiel.Ob man nun einen Unterschied hört? Das vermag ich nicht zu sagen.

Probably like a lot of people I was a bit skeptical this would really make a difference. But like the upgrade videos suggest this is a great upgrade option for the project debut range. I already had the acrylic platter, upgraded the stylus to the blue 2M and isolated my table on wooden cone feet and board. I could really tell the difference sonically and really liked the sound difference. I can’t explain it in audiophile terms adequately but yes the difference and improvement is there. I would absolutely recommend this upgrade option and product.

Der Subteller bringt mehr Ruhe und Klarheit ins Klangbild, eine deutliche Verbesserung im Vergleich zum Plastiksubteller. Zwar nicht ganz billig, aber für sich und in Verbindung mit dem Netzteil mit Masseanschluss ein erheblicher Klanggewinn, der aus einem gehobenen Einsteigerplattenspieler einen Aufsteiger macht.

Besser als der Kunststoff Sub, der Aluminium Sub bringt nochmal 700g extra auf die Waage, schaut gleich wertiger aus.Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Nach dem Einbau des Subtellers ist der Klang tatsächlich durchhörbarer, feiner und ruhiger (im besten Sinne). Details kommen besser zum Vorschein, das Hören macht deutlich mehr Spaß.Insgesamt eine echte Verbesserung und eine sinnvolle Investition.
