Using this with a value priced Speedlight that really is in need of some softening of the flash. Works great with my cost effective flash solution. Good quality and performance considering the cost of the diffuser. If you are working with higher end flash devices you might want to look for different solutions. Folds flat for easy packing and storage and comes with a pouch. I keep this in my travel kit for those infrequent times I need to reach for a flash.

I currently own other small softboxes but not an octagonal shape softbox so I got this to try out. This octagonal softbox feels cheaply made compared to the others that I own. The material is thinner than I would of liked. Even the white diffuser appears to be on the thin side.I attached this softbox to my Flashpoint Zoom Li-on flash and it fits OK but there are some small gaps due to the excessive material where it wraps around your flash. I wish they would of added like a strap keeper around the flash part to help keep in the strap in place. There's no rubber grip on the inside to grab onto the flash to help kept this Octagonal Softbox stay in place. But if you cinch down the strap enough then it should stay on place.
