I have iron in my well water and works great to remove it. I had a plumber install it and he was so impressed on how well made it was and not having plastic connections.

There was no instruction included. Please send the the instruction for the hook up. The product is what I need but instruction need.Best Regards,Annette

The first one that they sent had a defect in the threads on one side and I could not stop it from leaking.That was quickly remedied after they sent a replacement unit.I have this supplying a large commercial coffee maker.This filter may seem like overkill for a coffee machine, but it needs 2 gpm of flow to operate, and there aren't a lot of smaller filters that can offer that rate.We have well water that goes through a basic carbon filter and without this filter, the coffee tasted a little "off". After I added this filter. it made a big difference and we haven't had any complaints about the coffee since.

Item as described, problems with shipping....first order returned by carrier....second order box was still damaged and protective cap was broken, but item was able to be used
