Interessanter qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitetes AQI Sensorsystem. Nur schade, dass es weder vom Hersteller im HACS eine Integration in den Home Assistant gibt. Gerade jetzt wo wie EPBD alle Hausbesitzer zwingt bis spätestens 2040 ein Heimautomatisierungssystem zum Einsatz zu bringen, wäre es doch das Mindeste für Sensorhersteller, die Schnittstellen offenzulegen, damit die Community die Geräte unterstützen kann.

I got the Sense due to the Radon detection and put it in my family room. CO2 was reading around 1000-1300ppm which I didn’t believe since we have an ERV and I set it to high. Good thing I didn’t believe the reading. I bought a VisiblAir and Aranet4 sensor to cross reference.As you can see from the photos, the Radoff sensor read 1250ppm and the others had me in the ~600 range.I reached out to Radoff expecting to be blown off but they shipped me 3 new units since the CO2 readings were off on all 3 units I bought from them.The 2 Nows came in and were fine. The replacement Sense worked for C02 but the temperature readings were off by 40 degrees and relative humidity was 243% which is impossible.Radoff again replaced the Sense and now I have one that is working fine.I’d give Radoff a 5/5 for customer service and a 3/5 for the product since they have QC issues.Buy at your own risk because I have had 0 QC issues with Aranet and VisiblAir and if you don’t have other sensors to go off, you could be thinking you have wildly different air quality than reality.I was glad that I bought other sensors to cross reference instead of doing more air quality upgrades to the house but I shouldn’t have had to do that in the first place. Since Radoffs are cloud connected, they could self report sensor issues and a case should have been opened immediately and automatically when a sensor saw more than 100% humidity as that’s clearly both a bad sensor and a bug in their code.

I bought this product to have a comparison with Airthings View Plus.Pros: - measurements are quicker than Airthings;- app seems a little more robust than Airthing's;- Radon sensor is certified by INMRI – ENEA;- construction seems robust and nice;- radon measurements seem to coincide with those from Airthings. and Radon Eye.Cons: - accuracy of the radon sensor is low, (between 0-500Bq/m3 the accuracy is +-50Bq/m3, too low, if you have around 15Bq/m3, it will show 25 or 50 Bq/m3;- VOC and CO2 sensors are behaving weird, VOC tends to climb and go down very quickly, without a cause I can determine; CO2 is even interesting..., it's showing more than 400ppm over the one from Airthings or the one from Netatmo (Airthings and Netatmo are quite close on the CO2 readings), so what sensor should I trust?....I think the one from Radoff is defective, I tested it outside, it doesn't go under 600ppm, which is not okay, I leave outside the city and both Netatmo and Airthings show around 380-400ppm outside;- App doesn't have any option to change the WiFi password, once configured I didn't see any way to change the WiFi pass; I sent them an email and I am waiting for an answer; I guess I can reset the device, but that's not okay;- if you don't have a 2.4 GHz WiFi network, it will not connect; I tried with my TPLink router and the WiFi with both 2.4 and 5 GHz in a single network (Smart connect enabled) and it doesn't connect; Netatmo and Airthings are able to connect, they don't need a special 2.4 GHz WiFi, they're able to choose the 2.4 band automatically; therefore I enabled a special 2.4 GHz WiFi for this device (awful);- AC adapter is outputting DC 6V, this is the cause the device doesn't use an USB-C charger, an USB charger keeps you from wasting an AC outlet, I have some AC outlets with USB chargers in them and It would have been nice to use an USB charger instead of the DC 6V.After one week of measuring, it seems it drops the Wi-Fi connection and never resumes. You need to unplug it to work again. Support came back on my question on how to change the WiFi password, unfortunately you need to reset the device, which is more than awful.I will return it.

He tenido 2 medidores de calidad de aire, pero éste es realmente el mejor. Detecta un cigarrillo desde el otro extremo de la casa, también cualquier producto químico, y el CO2 que prucimos los humanos al respirar para evitar quedarte sin oxígeno dentro de una sala o habitación, y lo más importante es que dectecta el gas Radón radiactivo que está en la atmósfera que es canceroso.

Ho comprato questo apparecchio dopo una lunga ricerca e sono pienamente soddisfatta. Monitora le principali fonti di inquinamento domestico con una precisione estrema. La applicazione è utilissima perché, grazie alle costanti notifiche, puoi intervenire immediatamente aprendo le finestre, facendo cambiare l’aria ed evitando così che i valori raggiungano livelli più alti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Hoher Preis folgt hohen Erwartungen, die leider nicht erfüllt werden.CO2 erfasst 4fach erhöhte Werte und kalibriert offenbar nicht. Manuell leider auch nicht ausführbar. Möglicherweise defekt und somit zurück an den Absender.Barometer zeigte leider zu kleine Werte. Das Einkalibrieren von Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit dauerte erstaunlich lange.Fragen an den Chat werden vom Bot auf italienisch beantwortet.Beim Status „schrecklich“ war ich dann raus. Konnte man keinen Dolmetscher beauftragen?Fazit: Ich traue den Werten nicht. Zu dem Preis schon mal gar nicht.

Ho provato radoff sense per un mese al fine di verificare se potesse andare bene anche per scopi lavorativi di rilevamento radon con sistemi attivi. L'apparecchio si è comportato molto bene rilevando anche tante altre fonti di inquinamento indoor virgola, ma purtroppo per la mia professione non si è arreso utile in quanto necessita di una connessione internet.I report orari giornalieri settimanali sono praticamente istantanei e molto utile da osservare, unica pecca ai fini lavorativi è quella che non si possano esportare per fare delle relazioni tecniche nei casi di risanamento del gas radon.Qualora in futuro prados pensasse a soluzioni anche per professionisti non avrei dubbi su quale strumentazione comperare.

Das App ist sehr gut Übersichtlich Gutes Gerät . Sensoren benötigen einige Zeit zum Skalieren. In der Heutigen Zeit ist es Wichtig welche Luft wir Atmen. Daher sind die Radoff Geräte sehr zu Empfehlen.Würde wieder zu Radoff greifen. Das Service von Radoff ist Spitze man bekommt sofort Rückmeldungen.
