I had hoped to use this reasonably priced cut leaves to wrap and steam sticky rice, but they are too small and inflexible to wrap like a tortilla. I would just get the full size leaves next time. No burrito/eggroll style sticky rice wraps, despite its appearance. Decorative only, really.
