Naja,habe ungefähr zehn Mal benutzt um Holzpfosten besser im Boden zu verankern,was auch geklappt hat aber nach 6 Pfosten viel der Kopf einfach ab da nur geklebt.Naja war wohl nicht anders zu erwarten für das Geld.Nächstes Mal doch lieber mehr ausgeben.Schade ums Geld. Dann zur Freude eine Rückerstattung vom Verkäufer angebotenen bekommen,diese auch bestätigt aber nie was erhalten.

I used the mallet for putting up heavy duty metal shelving. A rubber mallet was reommended and this one was fine for the job.

China-Müll - leider muss man einen Stern geben, ohne geht nicht. Würde 10 Minus-Sterne geben.Das Teil ist hoch gefährlich. Bereits bei 2. Zuschlagen mit dem Gummihammer löste sich das Teil und hätte beinahe eine Person schwer verletzt. Finger weg ist mein Rat !

I ordered this mallet because I need a new one for my camping gear.It's as described and pictured and seems to be very well made. It has a longer handle than other mallets I've owned, but is well balanced and you can easily hold it further up the shaft if you need to, as the person laying pavers is doing in the listing photo. The rubber is the right consistency - not too hard, not too soft.However, I tested it for marking, and at certain angles it does leave a black rubber mark on whatever you're hitting, so that's something to bear in mind when using. I have in the past tied a rag around a rubber mallet head to prevent this sort of marking (eg, when tiling), so it is only a minor inconvenience and something to be aware of. Other than that, it seems to be a good, strong mallet and I'd recommend.
