This is not the best quality extruder set Ive used. The plastics are kinda thin and rattly, and the gears appear to be alu or mild steel which means that its good for PLA and PETG, but maybe not much else. The gears could have been better shimmed as they aren't perfectly level so some drive torque is lost in the drivetrain, and the plastic gear is of questionable life. If its a good plastic, it will last well, but time will tell with it. No plastic type is listed. For an experimental non-primary printer its fine enough even if it fails early.

What i would consider low quality. This as a Extruder drive gear set to me is quite low quality, the gearing with filament installed in its path it is rather rough when turning, this is likely down to the gears not being cut aligned where the filament makes contact. You can clearly see they are not aligned in the image where the seratet indentation is lower on the slave gear "thumb lever side" compared to the main drive side. This though is a very compact version, the component and casing are solid, it has a good adjustable thumb screw to adjust the tension and the casing is nice and thick. the only part i can see being weak on this is the nylon drive gear but these can take some force before the teeth give away.Unfortunately you are not provided the pinion gear for the stepper motor so you will either need to source one or have a compatible one already on your printer. Unfortunately i prefer the versions that have a larger gear that protrudes out of the side of the casing so you can manually feed filament by turning the gear.
