The RLSOCO Hard Case is a rugged, secure case for transporting your M.2 or similar drive safely without worry about damage from a drop or other incident. This is a well made case that has a solid body with a strong zipper that will protect anything inside it. The case comes with a convenient "beaner" clip to clip onto your backpack or other transport device without it being lost along the way. I tried it with two different M.2 external drives and the fit was good with room in the other half for a USB C cable at least 3' in length. Overall, this is a robust, heavy duty case that will protect your valuable drive and last for years.

Description needs to be changed, as this seems to be designed for SanDisk Extreme SSD's (both Standard and Pro), not WD_BLACK drives.

As technology has developed, I've gradually replaced all my portable drives with SSD drives. While they're a lot sturdier than magnetic drives, they can still be susceptible to damage in transit and because they're a lot more expensive, it's a no brainer to get a case to protect them on the move. This case fits the WD drives perfectly. Fixes them firmly in place with the band in the middle of the case and a handy sleeve in the lid for cabling. The cases very hard and sturdy and offers great protection to my portable drive without being too bulky.
