The wheel does not spin freely enough for the hamster to use it. The interior pieces are made of foam and the hamster just chewed through them.

The cage itself is great, one piece of the platform arrived broken.The pieces are a dense foam, so you need to be careful you don’t ‘squish’ the male end that fit into the holes to assemble. Otherwise my daughter quite likes the cage, pieces and fun colors.

The cage was very cute but also very dangerous I bought this cage thinking it was Perfect for my daughters little hamster but when I opened it I was disappointed to find out that half the pieces were broken and the other half were missing. My hamster ended up Xscape in this cage and now we have not been able to find him a week later they did refund me my money however they refunded it to my Amazon account which is pretty much pointless what am I gonna do buy another one? Since I’ve lost my hamster I have to go and buy a new one my daughter is devastated the least they could’ve done was refunded me my money and sent me a brand new one for free with all pieces and non-broken pieces is the least the very least they’ve got it done because my seven year old is absolutely devastated because they can’t simply put all the pieces together non-broken

This cage is not build for any type of hamsters!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. It is way too small 2. it has bars. The hamster can get hurt deadly while he is climbing, biting … 3. the PLASTIC box is not high enough to fill in enough litter! Your hamster wants to dig! ( minimum 20 cm/ 8 inch) 4. the wheel is way too small! The hamster hurts his back! 5. the furnishing is too small and painted! Probably poisonously! 🚨BUY A NEW CAGE! ( 100x50x50 cm minimum!) Your hamster is SUFFERING 🚨 Last Tip: NEVER put two hamsters in one cage. They will fight until one is dead! ( I‘m not mad at you but at the manufacteurer) -> If a good cage is too expensive for you you could also buy a big enough aquarium with a lid that has holes in it

This is an okay cage for 1 single dwarf hamster but do not put a Syrian in here or more than 1 dwarf xx

This cage is wonderful!! For the mouse I put in the pink cage its perfect. Lots of room and its so pretty. The mouse loves it. Absolutely loves the big mansion that comes with it. I'm sooo happy I bought it. So I quickly got the one in blue for the other guy.WARNING: the one I bought in blue... well that mouse is an escape artist and he ran out of the bars like nothing was there at all. I think he would have done the same in the pink cage since he is an escape artist and these pars are more flimsy than the bars of the other cage I had him in.

Warning!! Keeping any hamster or other rodent in a cage like this is animal abuse!! The minimum size for hamsters is 100cm x 50cm x 50cm! On top of that, the cage is cheaply manufactured. This thing shouldn't exist.
