It's a comfortable and pretty shoe, I only gave 4 stars because it fits little tight.

The shoes were great in terms of support and bounce, but they were too small. I ordered a half size larger, but need a whole size larger. I liked them enough to send them back and get the bigger size.

I was hoping this would be similar to the Ryka Flextra, not a good match. The heel is too clunky and not sure if its just that the shoe is too large but my heels keep lifting out of the shoes. However the shoe is very comfy with lots of support, perhaps a size smaller would have been better.

I am extremely disappointed in these shoes. I ordered them on the 'deal of the day' and should have known for the price I wouldn't be getting what I need. Absolutely no side support for side to side moves in classes like Zumba or turbo kick. I took one, one hour Zumba class in these shoes and my feet were killing me. Not very supportive, no good shock absorption. These are at best walking shoes. I thought I had a pair of Rykas that I was really happy with before but I must have been mistaken. I wish I could send these back I am so disappointed but after an hour in Zumba they are already scuffed at the bottom and the sides are given way. Waste of money. This should NOT be marketed as a cross trainer. I will stick with my underarmour or Asics. These Ryka are cute, that is it.

i have VERY VERY Flat feet and I do Zumba 3 -5 times a week. They help with the pain a little better than Saucony sneakers, but it took a while to break them in as the front was very short. But they are all good now
