30.9 x 350mmThis has the look and feel of quality. I replaced the suspension seatpost my bike came with because the serated part of the clamp wore away. This one has a different type of seat clamp with two bolts, one in front and one rear which I really like. It makes the seat adjustments more precise and easier too. The suspension part is night and day difference from my old one. I am very pleased.

The spring was a little too stiff for me. I am 180 lbs. I had to use a hacksaw to cut 1/2 inch off the little plastic spacer under the spring to remove all pre load. After that it seems to be softer and works well for the price.

I bought the seat shock works perfectly night and day in riding now I don’t feel all the big bumps quite satisfied with this product recommend it to anybody who wants to have a shock in their seat

I surprised at how effectively this seatposty smoothed by bike ride. It also prevented me from bouncing around on the seat when going over potholes, making me feel much more secure.

When I upgraded from my hybrid cruiser to a more versatile Northrock by Giant mountain bike, one of the things I missed was the shock-absorbing post my hybrid had. I ride for exercise and pure joy. I am not going to enter any races or do any jumps or tricks. I ride mostly easy to moderate trails. Over the past year, I've been steadily upgrading my bike and thought that I would replace the solid upright with this post. It is a good post. It does help reduce the bumps of a rough road. It is not going to get rid of it. I don't generally worry about adding a little extra weight to my bike. I did notice the additional weight of the post. I did expect this since I was moving from a lightweight aluminum alloy to a spring-loaded metal post that weighs a little over one pound. It will help though reduce road shock and has a pretty good price point.
