The Legs are screwed into the bottom of the table part, with very tiny screws. Apparently whoever put this together stripped the screws. The one leg was cracked completely . Instead of sending back since I'm handy, I decided to apply wood glue. Hopefully , when it's dry I'll be able to again rescrew the hardware back . If this is not successful , I'll chalk it up as a loss.

I love this little organizer so much that I bought a second one. It's simple, keeps the desk clean, and allows me to focus on work rather than sticky note and paperclip placement.As a heads up, when you first receive it, you will notice a freshly oiled smell from the factory (think freshly oiled cutting board versus mechanical). That dissipates after a couple of days.

I really like this tray. Of the options I saw, I thought it was one of the more beautifully designed. I still like the way it looks but there are some improvements I would recommend to make it 5 stars: I didn't realize acacia was such a light, soft, porous feeling wood. That might be why the fold-out legs don't feel super sturdy, or it might be the hinges. It feels like if you aren't careful you could accidentally over-extend them when you pull them out and they could just snap off. The whole piece definitely needs a few more passes with a finer grit of sanding, as there are areas that are still pretty rough. It would be nice if the slots for the pad & phone were a bit thicker, neither of these things fit in any of those slots (unless I remove the case, which I'm not going to do). There's also 2 mystery holes that would be perfect for pencils or something, but they're too small and there's no description anywhere of what they are supposed to be for. The box it came in is nice, it was also wrapped in butcher paper, which oil had seeped through in a couple of places, so they maybe rushed in getting it out. It did come very quickly.All that being said, I still think it's a very beautiful design and I am happy with the purchase. The heat-protective pads are a nice touch, it would really be perfect with just a couple of touch-ups.

I thunk this item is stunning! The wood is real, and it's well made and very nice. I truly truly wanted to live this item but every single key board at my office is too big for this to fit over. I am so disappointed, so I recommend buying this and then a small keyboard to fit because all of ours are LogiTech and it's way too small.
