I originally had a dispute with Amazon related to repackaged products. This supplier, Feelworld, has gone so far and above to make it right, that I am revising my protest of Amazon's business practices.Feelworld has built a wonder display at an unbelievably low cost with superior quality. I originally thought this display probably wouldn't work. My use case is a display for a 12" teleprompter (Ikan). I looked everywhere for a high brightness display. The options involved roll my own, inferior, similar product with lower NITS. Or buy a $3,000 dollar product that would sort of work.I chose option A, to try an experiment by evaluating the Feelworld SEETEC P133 PRO 13.3 Inch 1000nit High Brightness. for my use case. I thought the product looked sort of cheap from the videos and marketing. That was a foolish perception. This display is exceptionally well made, does not "look" cheap in person, despite my poor impression of the videos. The display has all features anyone could need for professional videography monitoring, and for my use case, a teleprompter display, it is absolutely perfect. It offers horizontal and vertical flip which is perfect for a teleprompter use case. has a VESA mounting hole on the rear that work perfectly with the rails on the Ikan 12" Elite Pro.The features I value highly:- The software is responsive. The display usability offers snappy response, other inferior products have a noticeable >100 ms lag.- The high brightness really delivers. I was ready to write my teleprompter off as a sunk cost due to an experiment failure if this monitor lacked the brightness. Thankfully, the experiment finally succeeded!- The cost is an obvious benefit. Its priced so competitive, it feels to me that Feelworld has built a new, sustainable, product category!- Exceptional quality as measured by reliability, usability, and functional suitability.I have tried about 4 other displays for the teleprompter use case. My teleprompter is professional grade with 70/30 glass. Still, this is the only display I have had that works well enough for me to see the teleprompter content.The product itself is phenenonal. I never would have thought this product would be this level of quality. My use case is a display for a IKan 12" telemprompter. The display fits perfectly.Every time I use a repackaged product, I am making many bets about the product. I have received a repackaged product from amazon atleast 3 times where the product delivered to me was not the advertised product. Some will take their broken products and return them.Amazon, I understand you need a way to sell used products. Its better they sell, then end up in a land fill. And I love the display. I am debating to return this and order from BHPhoto, who has a clear policy related to repackaged product.Amazon, please convince me otherwise. You are not meeting my expectations as a customer.
