It came with the rope attached already, but no screws. Luckily I had my old ones, popped on the new crank & it fit perfectly. My engine#25T2320009G1 wasn't listed in the specs but I took a chance since it was a 420CC motor 2100 series for the right part#797747. So happy I did.

I looked at the supplied measurements (I like it when a seller shows these details!) and it appeared it would fit my 14hp Vanguard engine - and happily it does. The handle (although not the one pictured) is a good feeling material - not brittle plastic. It went on and words smoothly. The only issue is the seller shows it comes with two spare pull cords - I only received one.
