Es gibt mehrere Produkte wo halb so teuer sind, ich wollte etwas mehr ausgeben um sicher zu gehen ein gutes Produkt zu bekommen und dann bekomme ich Das hier.

Gute Qualität. Das Gerät hängt am Carport und konnte sehr gut mit den beiliegenden Schrauben montiert werden.

I'm a few years post shoulder reconstructive surgery and it's time to start doing pull-ups, both to enhance range of motion and also my rather out of shape upper body. The Seleware adjustable ceiling mounted pull up bar arrived extremely well packed, no chips or scratches whatever. It's made of heavyweight steel and is robust enough for Dwane Johnson to work with. It comes with an excellent set of mounting hardware, as heavy duty as the rest of it. It has 4 primary grip areas so you can work different approaches - spread to narrow. You do need a tall ceiling to mount it to if you are tall with a long reach. The center of the inner bar is 17 1/4" from the mounting points so tall folks with lower ceilings should look for an alternate mounting area. Overall assessment, great product!

I have recently started working out at home again and I am limited in what I can do. So I decided to order this pull up bar. This is the first time I ordered something like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, when I opened the package I was very surprised. It is very heavy duty, solid, and looks good hanging up. Personally it is much easier to put this up with 2 people. Even though the bar is in several different peices, it's still heavy and can be awkward to handle, especially when trying to attach it to the ceiling. I live in an older home so we had to use a 10x2 across the ceiling that was anchored into the rafters. Then we attached the pull up bat to the 10x2. My basement has finished ceilings that are only 7.5 feet tall. The bar comes down quite low even on the highest setting. So using my assisted pull up bands is a little tricky lol it's easy to adjust the height also which allows for me to use the pull up bar in different ways. I am very happy with my order and I would highly recommend!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this, but I must say that I am impressed. Very heavy duty... easy to install... simple to adjust... clean fabrication with no sharp edges or burrs... and a nice black finish.This matches up to 24” centers, so if your ceiling joists are at 16”, you’ll have to come up with a fix. You could open up the ceiling and attach additional supports at the correct spacing, but that is a lot of work.In my case, I used a piece of 4” x 6” lumber... cut it to 36” long and screwed through it and the ceiling drywall to my 16” centered joists using 4” Timberlok structural fasteners. I then attached the pull up bar to my new wood piece. It easily holds anyone who would use it.Before installation, I did use my router to round all four edges of my wood piece and then painted it... trying to make it a little more attractive.I own a bunch of workout equipment, but this has quickly become a favorite. If this gets a lot of use, you will probably have to eventually replace the hand grips, but there are a lot of grips out there that should fit this.

I absolutely love this pull up bar. Super comfortable grips, and easy to install if you're installing on 24" inch centers. The entire set up is quite large though, so make sure you measure out the space you plan on installing it to ensure that it will be a suitable placement.
