The machine appears to be defective. I order two and that is valid for both of them.The grinder dispenses too much coffee, causing the internal tray to overflow with excess grounds. I reached out to Sencor, and they advised that the firmware may need to be reloaded. However, when I mentioned that the unit was purchased through Amazon, they instructed me to return it directly to Amazon instead.In the photo, you can see the amount of coffee left over after making just one cup.

Schicker kleiner Vollautomat. Das mit der fehlenden deutschen Beschreibung ist nicht weiter schlimm, weil vieles selbsterklärend.Schade ist der schmale Rand zum Abstellen der Tasse. Der könnte tiefer sein ....
