I truly was not expecting to be so pleased with this waist trainer. I have tried many other waist trainers, even expensive ones which don’t even compare to this one which is 1/2 of the price. The quality is amazing, it is honestly perfect. It is barely visible unde clothes and the shape is amazing. The only modification which I would adjust would be to add a clip closure at the top of the zipper to make it easier to zip up. I got a size XS and for reference my waist is usually 25 - 26 inches without, this size is perfect. I think I will try others from this brand as well since I was so pleased.

Wore this waist trainer twice, I do not recommend, do not waste your money on this product. The seam somehow ripped.

I'm about 5'10, 240-230 pounds. I was excited about this project, since I have some issues regarding my shape.I fit into a large shirt, but seeing some reviews saying that the product was too small I sized up to a XL IT DID NOT HELP!! The clips clipped,but the zipper kept unlatching itself and simply wouldn't stay together- as for some reason they made the zippers fabric shorter than that of the clasps. MEANING IT WON'T CLOSE AROUND YOUR BELLY!!still determined to make it work, I cut off the zipper part and made do with the clasps. HOWEVER- IF YOU SIT, the product causes your stomach to fold in a painful way at the bottom of your ribs.AND ALSO- if you're a taller girl like me, it won't even cover your torso.All around, it was obviously made for skinny girls despite being a product for bigger individuals. HUGE waste of money. Don't buy, it'll only worsen body image issues.

I love It. The first time I tried it on, I thought maybe I bought the wrong size. But the next day, I noticed it stretched and now it is a bit too big. I will buy another one but two sizes smaller. Very comfortable, doesn’t ride up, wore it all day. Love it. Great quality
