I got this for my electric car as in the winter it does take some time for the heaters to kick in.This is a small heater which plugs into a 12v Cigarette lighter type power outlet on your car.There are two modes, hot air and fan.The heat which is generated from this unit is pretty good to be honest, and will make short work of defrosting my windscreen which has the tendency to freeze on the inside.The fan is adequate, its not going to blow your wig off, but its enough to feel the effect of it.One feature it has, although I cant see id ever use it is the fold out handle. I cant imagine myself being that cold in my car where I would want to apply the heat directly to my body.This can be mounted via two screws, but in reality I cant see why anyone would want to fix this into your car with screws. Personally I will be placing this on a non slip mat, but I could say you could fix this with sticky pads. I would have liked to have seen some suction type pads so you could fix it without causing any damage to your vehicle.. due to this I have rated this 4*
