I'm a size 12 and these were too narrow, even thought it says it should fit. This seems more like an 8 to size 10 or 11 at most. Otherwise, I like the concept and think it should work well for smaller shoe sizes without having to purchase a separate steel toe shoe or boot. I use these for gardening and general diy home maintenance as I broke a toe prior without this type of protection. I didn't want to invest in a full steel toe boot/shoe. I will keep looking for a size that fits.

Als Berater in verschiedenen Branchen bin ich regelmäßig in Produktionsstätten unterwegs, wo das Tragen von persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA) Pflicht ist, insbesondere Schutzkappenschuhe. Früher war ich auf das Gäste-PSA angewiesen, aber seitdem ich meine eigenen Sicherheitsüberschuhe mitbringe, habe ich durchweg positives Feedback für meine "gute Terminvorbereitung" erhalten.Die Überschuhe machen einen wertigen und professionellen Eindruck und passen perfekt über meine üblichen Lloyd Oxford-Schuhe. Allerdings gibt es bei der Passform über meine breiteren Adidas Superstar II Abzüge, da sie hier weniger gut sitzen. Die zusätzliche Schleife, die zur Befestigung der Überschuhe dient, ist in meinen Augen ebenfalls überflüssig – ein starker Fersenspanner wäre ausreichend.Was die Sicherheit betrifft, fehlen leider klare Hinweise auf eine Prüfung nach gängigen Standards wie EN ISO 20345 oder Angaben zu einer Schutzklasse (S1/S1P). Auch die Beschreibung des Materials als "modernstes Verbundmaterial" ist zu vage und wirkt eher wie ein Marketingversprechen, das nicht überzeugt.Trotz dieser Schwächen bieten die Überschuhe einen soliden Schutz und sind praktisch, aber der günstige Preis spiegelt sich in den genannten Mängeln wider. Für den Preis sind sie eine gute Wahl, aber bei höheren Kosten und gleichen Mängeln hätte ich größere Abzüge vorgenommen. Insgesamt erfüllen sie ihren Zweck gut und geben mir die notwendige Sicherheit in Produktionsbereichen.

I couldn't afford a whole new set of boots and furthermore, always find my way into safety shoe situations in sandals or similar. So these are a nifty solution. Pretty low-key honestly, they don't stick out or look clownish. Perhaps my pre-existing shoes and socks might but that's besides the point haha. So definitely love the composite toe, previously only had steel toes and these are so much better. Toes just as safe but no strain on my back from throwing blocks of steel around all day (I walk pretty heavy. Sort of just.. sling one foot in front of the other). Seems like they're interchangeable, no designation for L or R I could see. Not positive I laced them as intended, but I just threaded the lace through the two holes and circled around my ankles and tied. The elastic band keeps them in place, the laces further secure them. They're a sort of plasticky rubbery material. Thick. Obviously not intended to replace safety shoes entirely, necessarily-unless you only ever need them to tour warehouses or otherwise have only bite size safety shoe requirements. But for right now and the next several weeks/few months, they're gonna keep me from breaking a toe and that's plenty for me. Wear standard width 8.5 in women's or 6.5 in men's. Can tell there is a wide range of size application with these without being loose on smaller feet. Shoutout 2 elastic. They're comfortable, can't really even notice they're on vs when they're not.Only negative I've got is theyre unfortunately pretty smooth on the unserside, pretty much treadless. Safe from dropping stuff sure but doesn't seem very safe from other workplace situations i.e. spills
