Does what I need it to do at a much more affordable price than the competition. It's made of steel and can handle as much weight as any other product on the market.

This attached well to my squat rack. It is way too wide but it still fits and functions. Its just shakes a bit. The piece does not include a belt or attachment pieces. I use a standard weight belt with a chain. Kneel down and attach the chain to the end of the lever and do squata from there. It saves my back while still allowing a heavy squat workout.

Simple, works as advertised. Fits fine on both directions of my Rogue 2x3 Rack. You may want to space plates apart with 2.5# plates, makes them easier to pick off. Only wish it had a kick stand to start from the top. You have to go pretty ATG to strap in. None the less, its a good attachment for a better price than comparable units.

At $121, you won't find a more economic belt squat cage attachment out there. Surprisingly versatile too-can be used for curls and other exercises as well-just clip a handle on the end and go for it. Money well spent!

Bought this on a whim as I didn’t want to shell out for a standalone belt squat machine and because I’ve had ongoing low back issues that flare up at times and prevent me from backsquatting.I put this on my Rogue Sml-2 and it works perfectly. There’s a little side to side play but it’s not noticeable when performing the movement. I have bumper plates and cast iron plates. I can fit about 6 cast 45lb plates and a thin bumper without any issues. Super simple to set up and use. I recently bought a Titan rowing platform which I think works really well this this as it gives me a solid raised platform to get a little more depth when squatting. If you have thin plates or calibrated plates I don’t foresee the amount of weight you can load on it being a problem. At some point I might just have to order some 100lb plates or Strength Co, plates since they’re a little thinner than typical cast plates just so I can throw some more weight on it, but high reps with the weight I can put on it now is still a great workout that I feel in my quads and this movement doesn’t appear to aggravate my lower back pain.
