Das Dämmaterial lässt sich gut schneiden und verkleben. Für 5mm Dicke ist die Geräuschdämmung echt gut.

Bought these 2 times now to soundproof my computer and will buy them a 3 time when its time again, it sticks good and comes in plenty size for mid tower pc case at least:)

Sticks well and does not smell, but very limited effect. These mats are of good quality and very easy to cut with scissors and to install, but don't expect miracles. I have 6 mechanical hard drives in a decent case, manufactured by BeQuiet. It already came with its own silencing mats installed, but I wanted it even quieter and glued these on top. There was almost no further reduction in noise. I think they are most useful for silencing an already silent case that does not contain any mechanical drives and only a few fans. But for a pretty noisy case, they are almost without effect. This, however, is to be expected due to physics and has nothing to do with the product. Therefore 3 stars. Make sure you already have a very quiet case before buying these.

Produkt bekommt 5 Sterne, es erfüllt seinen Zweck und lässt sich gut zurechtschneiden und verkleben. Auch ablösen und Korrekturen sind gut möglich sofern der Untergrund sauber und glatt ist, in meinem Fall Metall.Die Umverpackung für die eigentliche Verpackung des Produktes fand ich überdimensioniert, sie hätte um einiges flacher ausfallen können.

I bought a new full-tower PC case, and decided to try adding some of this material to hopefully reduce the noise level. I can't definitively comment on the effectiveness of the noise reduction, but it doesn't seem to me to be making a huge difference.What's worse though is that just over a week after installation, the material has begun to peel off the sides of the case. The whole point of replacing the case was to have a neater build and now it looks untidy but that's not my main concern, which is that a piece will drop off entirely and get caught in one of the fans.I've attached some pictures for reference and just to note:1) Temperatures in the case are hovering between 28 and 34 Celsius depending on load. This is well within "normal" range and the material should be able to cope with it2) From the pictures you'll see that some pieces are stuck to the top and sides, some are stuck to sections with cut-outs so maybe not the best for adhesion. However, the pieces that are sitting on smooth metal and the pieces that are stuck to the bottom of the case, are also peeling off so it's not the positioning that's the problem3) I spent a lot of time on the build because, as I said, I wanted it to be neat. It's absolutely not the case that I didn't place the pieces carefully, or press them on firmly or anything like thatIn short, not fit for purpose and would recommend against purchasing this product.

Super. Hat meinen PC effektiv so leise gemacht, dass er nun kaum noch wahrzunehmen ist. Zuschnitt ist einfach. Klebt super. Toll.

En doublage acoustique intérieur d'un boitier d'ordinateur, ce produit se montre peu efficace.Les ronronnements des ventilateurs passent sans grandes difficultés.Question d'épaisseur ?Conclusion:Produit cher pour le résultat obtenu, je déconseille dans cette épaisseur.De plus, ce produit n'adhère pas suffisamment.

I used this in a computer keyboard build with a milled aluminium case, brass plate and solid zinc keycaps. Despite using MX Silent switches and applying various silencing mods, it wasn't quite there. Adding this almost totally killed the unwanted noises. Thin enough to go between the plate and PCB, as well as used to line between the PCB and case. Easy enough to cut up into thin strips to fit between key switches as well as lining the inside of the larger mod keys and space bar. Absolutely no regrets or disappointments, would happily buy again if I didn't have so much left over from the first sheets I bought.

... zugegeben dünner als die sonst in Massen angebotenen und deutlich teureren Dämm-Matten mit Bitumen-Unterschicht und dünner eleganter schwarzer Oberfolie, aber während die alle innerhalb weniger Wochen zerfallen (erst löst sich Oberfolie vom Schaumstoff und wabert im PC herum, dann löst sich auch noch der Schaumstoff von der Bitumen-Unterschicht), sind diese Matten wirklich beständig und machen ihren Job ... für ein Drittel der Kosten!Vorsicht ist allerdings mit der Selbstklebefläche geboten: die klebt extrem fest, wenn man damit irgendwo streift und hängen bleibt, bevor man die Matte richtig positioniert hat, hat man schon verloren - da reißt eher die Matte, als daß die Klebung nochmal aufgeht (aber so soll's ja eigentlich sein, die Matten sollen ja dann nicht irgendwann von selber wieder abfallen wie bei der Konkurrenz).Bin sehr zufrieden.P.S. - Nachtrag vom beruflichen Schall-Isolierungs-Experten: natürlich hilft die zusätzliche Bitumen-Schicht bei anderen Matten, um den Rechner akustisch tot zu machen, aber eigentlich ist die Art, wie man solche Matten geliefert bekommt völlig idiotisch: die Schallisolierung "lebt" physikalisch davon, daß eine leichte Oberfläche (Schaumstoff) vom Schall bewegt wird und eine schwere Komponente (Bitumen) diese Schwingung aufnimmt und in Bewegung (= physikalisch "Arbeit") umwandelt - genau das kann aber die Bitumenschicht an der Blechwand nicht - sie kann die Blechwand akustisch träger machen, aber nicht wirklich den Schall dämmen - soll heißen: die Blechwand wird deutlich ruhiger, genau die gibt aber sowieso kaum Geräusche von sich (deshalb nimmt man ja Aluminium, weil es akustisch selbst schon extrem tot ist), sondern eigentlich der Schall, der vom Innenraum durch die Lüftungsöffnungen nach außen dringt - und genau der wird eigentlich gar nicht fachmännisch bedämpft).Also zum Fazit: diese günstigen Matten tun genau das, was sie sollen und sind völlig ausreichend und vor allem machen sie nicht den Ärger, sich nach wenigen Wochen abzulösen wie die viel teurere Konkurrenz!
