Good thin mouthguard but it'll take a few tries to get it correct - expect to heat it up 2 or 3 times to dial in the fit.

We use these mouth-guards for football and lacrosse!! They are easy to mold to your mouth and are very comfortable. They fit well even over braces!! Would definitely recommend!!

After multiple attempts to properly fit this guard, I found the instructions to be inadequate. Despite closely following the guide, the guard was either too loose, causing it to fold, or excessively tight, leading to uncomfortable clamping of my teeth.

It was super easy to mold, just let it sit in warm water for a few minutes and quickly bite down and fold up the flaps. It really helps me from grinding my teeth when doing strenuous sets. Love it!

I play high school football/lacrosse, and it protects from hard hits very well. It is very comfortable to wear and you almost don’t notice it if you fit it right. You can speak clearly and drink during practices/games without ever taking it out. Overall great product, and the best mouthguard I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.
