I replaced the heating wire in an old Implulse Heat Sealing Machine.Along with a separate purchase of eyelets to hold the wire, this 3mm flat NiChrome wire has worked very well and at a fraction of the cost of a replacement wire.Would certainly recomment this flat wire for Impulse Sealer...

Build Quality 8Form Factor 8Versatility 8Value 9Ease of Use 8Total 8.2 Well built; minimal residue and "hotspots", no blemishes; bends without the need for heat repeat of tension with a torch; cheat price but quality; simple to use but will not fit in a wire tamer. (If you are feeling really froggy you can make one for the spool with a heavy duty paper clip and a few rubber bands) I would definitely recommend this product.
