Great to transition to the wirelessly linked cameras.Using with older browning cameras.Set-up can be tricky and one needs to follow instructions quite closely.I had a few issues with requesting HD images, support was responsive, but laborious. I carefully used a mini-sd card that was within the outlines spec, and yet they kept telling me to use theirs. IFinally resolved the issue using a larger external antenna.Great way to update features of an older camera especially If you already live in their ecosystem. It also an inexpensive way to join the wireless world. Although the unit small, having an additional boxOn a tree can reduce overall stealthiness.Their app is easy to use, I only wish i would get pictures in real-time (which may or may not be due to signal at the location).

Have three micro links with minor issues which were resolved. This was as easy to set up. Followed directions and things went smooth. Didn't know if I was getting nation wide or vrizion for a carrier. Mine is a virizion model. Have 5 bars signal and has sent a lot of photos. Uses a old wild game trail cam with this setup. Very happy. Has the same plan as the micro links so no issues. I have the 100 free photos a month on each cam is alright for setting out at camp. If anyone has any issues spypoint has a face book group which is helpful. 90% of issues I believe is user error.

So far, I haven't found a camera that these haven't worked on and I use 2010 Bushnells, Bushnel Essential, Bushnel Trophy Cams, Moultrie A-20i, M-50i, Stealth Cam G42NG, and Brownings.I've so far been very pleased with battery life. I have two set to immediately send pictures as they're taken for security that have ran 2 months so far a AA lithiums without change.Signal does get a bit goofy at times where I have 90% cell service one moment the zero the next. I think that has to do more with cell tower operations, but hard to tell.I can see the little cable needing to be replaced periodically, so I contacted Spy Point and they said they are on it.I've read that some manufacturers will say that using one of these will void their 1 year warranty..... pffffffft... Let's be honest here, 1 year warranties are about as useful as soaking wet toylet paper. The seal looks good. Mine have the added weather protection of security boxes, and if I felt that concerned I would just put a price of Gorilla Tape around the cord. You can used Gorilla Tape to make water tight cups. Also you can buy cheap trail cameras if you want. Those Tasco's work pretty well.Set up was a breeze. The app is super easy. The prices are very affordable i feel, and I could always change the number of pics sent on the camera if it was and issue.Would I buy more? I sure would. I got 7 of them now.

I waited to write this review for 3 months to fully test these units. Pros- Cost, battery life and signal acquisition. First the unit sets off the camera at transmission time which is to say if you are setting the unit to send pics every 4 hours you will get as many as 12 blank photos at every transmission which adds up to more than a 1,000 pics a month so purchase the unlimited plan regardless . The unit does NOT transmit every photo I pulled the unit cards after two months so I could transfer the full image to my computer not just the thumbnail pic. I found more than 30% of the photos taken were not sent via the app. If you're planning your hunts based on photos received DON'T Finally the app does not function properly the most distressing part is the thumbnail pic received is NOT always the picture. I was deleting pictures based on the thumbnail view and by accident enlarged the photo instead of deleting it and a completely different picture appeared. I started enlarging every photo and it seems the app sends the last photo taken which is usually blank because the transmission sets off the camera. I found when multiple pictures are taken more than half of the thumbnail pics were incorrect. The pictures were completely different from the thumbnail. I purchased 10 units and I found the same issues with all of them. If these issues get worked out I'm sure these units will revolutionize the industry with all the non-cellular cameras out there, BUT we are not there yet.
