I have to say I own 5 Sterkowski hats and each one is spot on perfect in size . Im a 58 or 7 1/4. If you know your size It should fit like a custom made hat.I'm a flat cap afficionado. I started with ivy's and duckbills then went on to 8 panel caps and proper trilbys and fedoras. I have bought quite a few stetsons and failsworth caps but did not have a Sterkowski.My first sterkowski was an olive green docker that made me want to own more of these quality hats.These hats have a home made custom feel. a "made for me by hand " feel. The materials are classic. the sewing is nice but can be a tiny bit off . Imprefectly perfect. they fit nicely.I always wanted an irish tweed type multicolor fabric and this harris tweed is beautifully complex especially in the sun. I started collecting quality hats in quality fabrics and this one is top notch. Thank You Sterkowski for selling quality .

I have a 1928 Ford and this cap fits the period perfectly. Cap is fitted but not too tight and the top does not come down on top of my head. There is a little space so I can wear it in the winter as well as the summer. The cap is very well made and the wool colors go well together. The interior of the cap is well stiched. I have had other caps cheaper and more expensive. But this one is the best. I definetely recommend this vendor.

I have collected many hats over the years. This one is the best of all. Great fit, high quality material, excellent workmanship. I highly recommend. I will be buying other hats from Sterkowski.

This is an incredible hat. I’m absolutely in love with it, it looks great!Pros:1.) All woolen fabric. 100% hand woven Harris Tweed wool from Scotland2.) Company has been around since 1926, almost 100 years of skill, knowledge and craftsmanship goes into every hat.3.) Fast shipping! It came all the way from Warsaw, Poland and arrived almost 6 days ahead of schedule! From start to finish was about 1 week.4.) Generous return policy and superior customer service!Cons:1.) My only issue with the hat is that it’s a little small. I followed the measurement instructions to the letter and it was still a little small. I have another woolen cap made by Hanna Hats in Ireland and it’s a loose fit. I also measured my Hanna Hats cap and based off of the instructions given by Sterkowski Hats, being in between sizes, I chose the larger of the sizes and it was still a little snug but only a little. Make sure you do the same!It has loosened up a little bit over the past week of wearing it and now it’s very comfortable. All in all, it’s a fantastic hat. If yours is a little tight, remember to remove the small cardboard insert inside the headband. Don’t TRY to stretch it right away. Wear it a while and it WILL relax a bit.If I had to do it over again, I absolutely would buy this hat again. Thank you Sterkowski Hats!
