Ihr Warenkorb ist leerDies ist ein wunderschönes Designer-Schnittmuster von Style Arc, mit einer vollen Kokonform, Taschen in der Naht und einem hoch-tiefen Saum. Jedes Panel dieses architektonisch gestalteten Kokon-Kleids wurde entwickelt, um den Fall und Fall dieses interessanten Stils zu schaffen. Eine mittellange Vorderseite und eine längere Rückseite zusammen mit der verlängerten Schulterlinie runden diesen avantgardistischen Look ab. Dieses Muster ist geschickt gestaltet, aber leicht zu verarbeiten. Stoffempfehlungen: Krepp, Seide, gewaschenes Leinen, sogar ein Strick oder ein beliebiger Stoff mit Drapierung. Geschätzter Hauptstoff (zweifach geschnitten): Stoffbreite: 148 cm > Größen 4 - 6: 2,5 m > Größen 36 - 42: 2,75 m > Größen 36 - 42: 2,75 m > Größen 16 - 22: 3 m > Größen 24 - 30: 5 m. I've been dressmaking for over 40 years and this is the first time I've used anything other than well known pattern brands such as Butterick, Simplicity etc that like me have been around for years. I was a bit phased when I realised it was paper but I have lots of tissue paper so soon traced it out. Two things to note.... With regard to sizing, I went by the measurements given and not the dress size. I cut to a size 8, I'm a good size 12. With regard to instructions, they were very scant in the pattern but I think they do something online. For anyone experienced in dressmaking you probably won't need anything above the diagram given. I found it straight forward.I'm 5'4" and did shorten the pattern by 2" before I started. To be honest I almost threw it together because I thought I'd end up altering it in all directions. But not only was it a lovely fit, it looks really nice on. I shall make more. I made this one in viscose but I might try linen next time. I'll definitely be trying more Style Arc patterns.

I was looking for an easy to make dress in a color block pattern to highlight a bold print I bought in Japan (hand printed kimono fabric). It took a couple of weeks to get, but I was delighted with the pattern. It was easy to make and I love the look. It is super-comfortable and easy to wear.

Patterns by this company are reliable, have multiple sizing and the finished project reflects the intent of the pattern. Always a first choice especially when there is a sale, so that you can purchase multiple patters at a reduced cost.
