This is my 4th box. Needed an extra for overflow of 100.3 silk spools the projects are completed. Keeps the spools away from dust, and the boxes are easy to store away. Quality is good. Very pleased with it.

Estoy super contenta con mi compra, la verdad es que es un poco caro, pero es muy práctico, no sabía que existía algo así, te permite tener todas las bobinas ordenadas por colores como en la tienda y encontrar enseguida la ideal para lo que has de coser, caben muchas, 104 en total. El precio es excesivo para lo que es, pero supongo que pagas la idea del que lo ha inventado.Llegó antes de lo previsto y en perfecto estadoTotalmente recomendable

Superbe thread carrier. I highly recommend this, even multiples if you have a lot of threads. The small bobbins of Coats thread don't fit well in there. Only good for Sulki and Gutterman products.

The box securely holds my Guttermann thread spools and each spool is easy to see through the plastic and is easy to remove. Each spool is held in place with a plastic prong, which will need careful handling to prevent them breaking, as the threads would be loose without the prong to secure them. I am pleased that I also found that spools of Mettler thread and some old spools of Drima thread will fit into the box.any spools of other makes, simple large in size to Sulky should fit in.The box has got a convenient carrying handle and it will be good to take to classes and workshops as it does not take up lots of space and it will stand without support next to a work table.It holds over 100 thread spools, and should I need another( we can never have enough threads!) I would not hesitate to buy one at this price from BIC. I've seen them advertised in the UK for much more.One possible negative...The hinges look a little flimsy. The leaflet that came with the box says that the halves can be separated, my concern is that they may separate when I don't want them to!. I will write an update to the review if I find this a problem with the hinges.Finally, if after purchasing the box, you send an SAE to BIC, they will send you sticky labels to use to show the colour codes of your threads, should you want that, for 're ordering of threads .
