Empfohlene Belichtungseinstellungen für 3D-Drucker
Diese Einstellungen wurden für eine Schichtdicke von 50 μm gemessen und getestet. Passen Sie die Belichtungszeit je nach den Bedingungen Ihres Druckers um ±15 % an. Farbige Drucke wurden mit der empfohlenen Anzahl an Pigmenttropfen pro 100 mL klarem Harz getestet.

Not as strong as I had hoped and I made sure it was cured well.Very hard to work with as it is so thick. I first jad problems of part of the print stuck to the plate while the other half didnt and stuck to the film making the print way out of shape and eventually it all came off the plate. I never had this issue with ANY other resin I have used and I take a leveling stone I use when stoning machine surfaces on CNC machines at work prior to leveling them and runnit across the build plate to give it a good surface ro grip on and ever since I started doing that all my prints have always stayed on the build plate except for this one.The final product when complete was not as strong as I had expected and way too brittle for my particular use. Now moving on to lost wax type of resin to cast my parts out of aluminum and go from there since this was a bust!

Like others have said it's very thick. So thick that it will not flow through my normal resin filters. I had to use a piece of screen door material to filter the resin after a misprint, which means I potentially didn't remove small blobs of exposed resin.I like the strength, but doubt I will continue to use it.

Super strong resin. Love the texture and details without warping. But it's so thick that even with heat the suction is strong and I need 60-80s on bottom layers to keep it attached. Even later layers I've gone frome 2.5-4s to keep supports strong enough to hold through suction.

This material comes with some challenges but the affordability makes the product attractive. Definitely requires hotter temperatures and longer cure times. I recommend you ensure the first few layers are adhered before committing to a print. The sound of the print retraction is usually a sign it is working. You can also pause the print and with a glove, check for adherence. Also, don’t print the next day without agitating the material in vat. It isn’t necessary to remove material from vat, just use glove or soft object and carefully scrape heavy material on bottom and gently mix. This will save you the hassle of cleaning vat for every print. Unfortunately, my first print was very fragile and shattered when I dropped it. So, not quite sure why some consider it strong?

Took me forever to realize that it needed higher temps. Normally my printer is around 80f. I took the temperature up to 100f and it printed much better.On a DLP machine, I had base layer exposure of 11 sec(high light intensity setting) and normal layer exposure of 3.5 sec (medium light intensity setting).Used the whole bottle to get the exposure right. Parts are very stiff, can't comment yet on accuracy. haven't yet tested strength or heat resistance.May purchase more if it proves to be as strong in compression as they claim. Purchase a 3D printer heater for this resin.
