Got my entire weekend wardrobe ( including jeans, hoodies, towels pjs shorts t shirts trousers underwear etc ) in one of these bags Knelt on it to expel the air and voila fits into the smallest under seat bag allowance backpack. Keeps nasty smells and moisture out and I added a tumble drier sheet between the clothes and when opened it at the hotel smelt lovely.

If you are buying these bags to fit something specific in size the listed dimensions are not accurate. The actual size of the "cube" is 10inch wide by 14inch long by 15inch tall. I bought these to fit a box of documents I wanted to vacuum seal and had to return them. If you're buying them to vacuum seal clothes, etc, they will likely work just fine.

We ordered the medium size for these compression bags. I ordered with the intent of using them for some of our kids stuffed animals that they don't always use - so we can rotate how many are out at one time. My only disappointment was that we didn't get the larger size! We fit quite a few stuffed animals in each one and they have held their compression for over a month now, so I'd say durability is good. I sat on them to get most of the air out (lol), and then used our vacuum to get the rest, which wasn't completely necessary but due to the fact they were stuffed animals it did make storing them easier as they became much smallerI can't say how many stuffed animals as we have some that range in VERY large, medium, small, regular stuffed animals vs squishmallows, etc.This would also be great to store clothes in the off season. Ill definitely be getting the larger size. very practical!

These large “ziplock” style bags with an air vent are conventient for travelling. I can’t say that for me they save a lot of space as my clothes don’t press down all that much (pants, shirts, socks etc). If you were using heavy sweaters or something then sure they would compress more. Why I like them is not because they give me more room in the suitcase (they only give me a little more room), they separate my clothes from other things (e.g. shoes, toiletries) that are in my suitcase. I’m also able to separate out different bags for different clothing items (e.g. undergarments, casual clothes, dress clothes). On the way home from a trip I’m also able to separate by clean v dirty bags — even though my general practice is to wash everything when I get home anyway even if it wasn’t worn. For me, after squeezing the zipper together and confirming the closure with the slider piece, I then press down and / or kneel on the clothing to get as much air out as I can before closing the air vent. It’s worked well and you don’t need a vacuum!
