Der Teigschneider ist ein unverzichtbares Werkzeug für alle Backliebhaber!Vorteile: Vielseitige Anwendung: Egal, ob als Pizzaschneider, Blechkuchenportionierer oder für das Einteilen von Blätterteig für Croissants – dieser Teigschneider meistert jede Aufgabe mit Leichtigkeit. Einstellbare Breite: Die Möglichkeit, die Schnittbreite präzise einzustellen, ermöglicht ein perfektes Schneiden jedes Teigs. Präzision: Er schneidet jedes gewünschte Produkt sauber und ordentlich, was für eine ansprechende Präsentation beim Backen sorgt.Fazit:Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Teigschneider und empfehle ihn jedem, der gerne backt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte so ein praktisches Werkzeug in keiner Backschublade fehlen!

I got this initially to use with puff pastry, but since it advertises you can use it for pizza, I wanted to try it. Don’t bother. Pizza is far too thick, and although the wheels are pretty sharp, they don’t do well with pizza dough. It’s actually ridiculous that they show a pizza cut into wedges, because with this, you can only cut into strips, rectangles, or squares. I’ve hung mine on my pantry wall to avoid cutting myself if stored in a drawer. There’s no covers for the slicing wheels like you would normally get with a pizza wheel. Don’t forget to use the nuts on the back to lock it into place once you have each wheel at the width you want. Otherwise, it slides all over when cutting. This worked great with my puff pastry, but it’s a very specialized tool that doesn’t really lend itself to other uses. They really should remove the advertising for cutting pizza, but otherwise I really like how evenly it cuts, especially for exact duplicate pieces; like for Napoleon desserts. Good price too.
